Our Customer, the largest media company in the Middle East and North Africa, was struggling with issues related to their AWS content localization solution used for automating transcription and translation processes. Initially, the customer weren't able to translate transcription files in VTT and SRT formats. Fast-growing Qatari tech company Snoonu migrated and consolidated key workloads and systems from multiple cloud providers to Amazon Web Services (AWS) to simplify staff operations, improve reliability, and save costs. The migration also gave the company the chance to re-engineer many workloads away from virtual machines and onto Kubernetes on AWS to take advantage of microservices architecture, reducing costs and minimizing management overhead. Snoonu is also using AWS machine learning services to automatically improve its inventory management and customer experience, and to reduce manual overheads.

Dubai-based Sharaf Group was founded in 1968 and has since expanded into multiple brands and businesses, employing more than 9,000 staff, and operating in 54 countries. Its IT infrastructure was a complicated mix of on-premises and cloud systems that were managed by separate third parties. The group’s retail division Sharaf Retail worked with AWS Partner Zero&One to transform its infrastructure by migrating all its servers, business applications, and databases to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company (BKIC) diversified its sales channels to offer embedded insurance to its partners using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Its existing API product was inefficient and slow, so BKIC worked with AWS Partner Zero&One to build a middleware layer to manage its APIs, resulting in a 66 percent increase in speed and 98 percent reduction in API size.
