Technovision is based in Lebanon and recently extended over multiple operations covering Iraq and KSA markets to ensure delivering their user-friendly interface solutions across the regions and enabling businesses and/or individuals to keep control of their mobile assets.

Challenge:

Expansion of Technovision throughout the Gulf region emerged to fast growth in their client database that incurred huge loads of data on their system which was initially designed as per the Lebanese Market needs. This fact led to significant data loss and disruption in service that they had to manually flush the system in order to get it back to normal. To guarantee compliance with their service standards and continue delivering to their clients the exceptional performance they succeeded for, Technovision had to upgrade their system capacity and engineer a design that could keep up with the increasing demand.

Solution:

Being an AWS client, Technovision contacted Zero&One team to seek a reliable fix for the existing system. Inevitably, Zero&One experts conducted a quick yet in depth study on the mechanism and its actual potential, then accordingly re-framed and reiterated the former design to develop into a Multi-Tier Architecture supporting it with the necessary security features at all layers. Further to the new framework, Zero&One implemented Centralized Logging on their interface and created a smart Dashboard for monitoring logs and activities in a comprehensive flexible format by utilizing AWS efficient tools such as RDS, CDN and EFS to perform all needed optimizations. Besides the architectural renovation, Zero&One had to ensure system consistency and avoid past interruptions in service; and for that they automated the clean up process to become a system routine with maximum fluidity.
